Updated 22nd March
As a result of the UK's Brexit deal, orders sent from the UK to the EU will now be subject to a customs charge.
However, with VAT no longer present on these orders, hopefully the costs for our customers remain roughly the same.
We would like to remind our customers to keep an eye on their tracking details when expecting an order.
The couriers we use may contact you in order to arrange payment of any customs fees; while this information should be emailed to you, it may appear on the tracking information page, so please keep checking.
If these fees are not paid, the shipment will be held by the courier for a few days, and then unfortunately shipped back to us, at our expense.
Thank you for your cooperation, we apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
No VAT for EU Orders
After consultation with HMRC, we can confirm that all goods shipped to countries within the EU will no longer be subject to 20% UK VAT.
Our website will calculate the order without VAT during the checkout process.
Customers overseas may be liable for duties and/or taxes applicable in your own countries, but we will be shipping these particular orders free of value added tax.
Shipping to Europe Continuing as Normal
We are still shipping orders to Europe as normal via DPD and Royal Mail.
Due to the ever-changing situation please note that there may be slight delays, but we are hoping our service continues as normal.
